Users that have not activated their account must do so before logging in. Walsh recommends that you also take the time to set up two-factor authentication for your account to make sure that only you have access to your account (see: “Enable two-factor authentication”)
An activation email will be sent to all users:
After clicking the activation link, users will create a password, choose a security question and answer, add a phone number for password reset and account unlocks (optional), and a choose a security image for verification.
Users are then redirected to the Okta dashboard with shortcuts to all of the Walsh apps that are set up.
